THE MISSING HALF OF YOUR SHOWER

we covered the side,
now cover the top.

Adding a curtain to keep the water inside... Sure... great idea. I'm just wondering why we spent the next 100 years spewing the vapor out the top? Water vapor. It's a gas. Rises, condenses, soaks the entire bathroom. Every time. Hard to miss.

So why not cap the top? The benefits are tremendous, obvious.

Not sure, but I think the general fear has always been mold.

For this reason, I've got a patent pending design that could not evolve until that was solved. Not an issue with this kit. Retractable, deployed on demand via a flick of the wrist. Default position between showers, wide open, out of sight, maximizing ventilation. This kit is all benefits.

FIRST, THE PROBLEM YOU ALREADY KNOW
A cold shower with the curtain liner blowing inward
Is this what they really intended?

The curtain was never the problem.
The air behind it was.

Moving air pushes a weightless liner inward. That same movement carries away the warmth and steam you are paying to create.

Three adjustable water-weighted anchors turn the liner into a stable wall. Then one retractable liner closes the only opening left.

THE WHOLE IDEA

Wall keeps the cold out,
Roof keeps the heat in.

Avoid the cost and commitment of a $10k remodel with a simple $25 kit. Not exactly the same, of course, but the benefits are shockingly similar. Create the enclosure, keep out the cold, stop loss of steam, eliminate mold. Kit installs just once in a matter of minutes.

01

Fill ’em, clip ’em, cover ’em.

Fill each anchor with water and clip it to the primary liner. Cover them with the curtain and you'll forget the issue ever existed. Forever stop the annoying intrusion of both the liner and the cold draft behind it.

02

Pull the roof across and close that gaping hole.

A second liner, attached to the same rings as the primary, stretches across the top around a second (included) rod. Closing the hole starves mirror fog and musty towels while stopping the loss of heat and steam.

03

Maximize ventilation between showers.

By simply pulling back, or retracting, the roof liner at the end of each shower, you ensure that no moisture remains trapped. The retracted roof then simply hangs unnoticed adjacent the primary liner.

FIVE THINGS YOUR SHOWER SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE START

Fix the whole shower.
Not just one annoyance.

One simple enclosure solves a collection of problems that would otherwise require a combination of separate products.

01

Hotter, steamier showers

Stop huddling under the showerhead for warmth. Cap the top and keep all that heat and steam to yourself. You paid for it.

02

A drier bathroom

Contain shower moisture where it belongs and starve mirror fog, musty towels, and bathroom mold at the source.

03

No more curtain blow-in

Three water-filled anchors pull the primary liner downward and outward, ending the annoyance forever.

04

About 20% more room

Pulling the liner outward creates considerably more showering space without interfering with the curtain sliding open or closed.

05

An optional steam room

The enclosure traps the steam your shower already makes. Add an optional compact steam generator if you want to take it further.

THE COMPLETE $25 KIT

Everything but the weight.

You add ordinary water to the anchors. We send the full-size rod, roof liner, anchors, clips, cords, fasteners, and directions already matched to work together.

ALTERNATE MODS

Have shower doors instead?

You still use the same Shower Roof kit. The included parts simply perform different jobs depending on whether the doors are framed or frameless.

The roof liner attaches at the far wall, pulls across the top, and drapes over the doors. The only difference is how you tension it.

FRAMED DOORSFasten it to the frame.

Pull the roof taut and secure it against the outside frame with the included releasable fasteners.

FRAMELESS DOORSLet the anchors tension it.

Drape the roof over the doors and attach the water-filled anchors to the hanging liner. Their weight tensions the roof.

Same kit. Different arrangement. No separate door version required.
THE OPTIONAL UPGRADE

BEFORE YOU ASK

The obvious questions.

If yours is not here, ask Craig directly. This product exists because the obvious questions about showers were never being answered.

Will it fit my shower?

The kit fits standard full-size curtain showers and adapts to framed or frameless shower doors. Curtain installations use the primary liner as the wall; door installations use the Alternate Mods arrangement described above.

Can I use it with shower doors?

Yes. It is the same kit, not a future or separate version. The roof drapes over the doors and is tensioned with the included fasteners or water-filled anchors, depending on whether the doors are framed or frameless.

Does the roof stay up permanently?

No. Pull it across while showering, then retract it when you are done. It hangs unnoticed adjacent the primary liner between uses.

What keeps the liner from blowing inward?

Three adjustable anchors filled with ordinary water pull the primary liner down and outward. Cover them with the curtain and they remain out of sight.

Does Shower Roof eliminate mold?

It starves bathroom mold of the shower moisture escaping through the open top. Retracting the roof after each shower maximizes ventilation so moisture does not remain trapped inside the enclosure.

Will it make the bathroom more humid?

The point is the opposite. Capping the shower keeps heated vapor inside while you use it instead of sending it directly into the bathroom, where it fogs mirrors and leaves towels and surfaces damp.

Does it create a sealed or pressurized space?

No. Shower Roof is an enclosure, not a pressure vessel or permanent seal. It retracts after use so the shower can ventilate normally.

What comes in the $25 kit?

A retractable roof liner, a full-size stainless tension rod, three adjustable water-filled anchors, cable ties, clips, releasable Dual Lock or Velcro fasteners, and complete installation directions..

How difficult is installation?

The kit installs once in a matter of minutes with ordinary shower hardware. There is no remodeling, motor, wiring, or permanent construction.

Do I need the optional steam upgrade?

No. Shower Roof keeps and compounds the heat and steam your shower already creates. A compact steam generator is an optional upgrade for people who want more steam, not something the system requires.

Can I get the directions without buying the kit?

Yes. The complete DIY instructions are free. The $25 kit saves the measuring, sourcing, matching, separate orders, and trial and error.
